Onderwerp: U21 Nothis

Hi everyone , seems a bit strange saying my bit for the role as U21 manager after all the time i spent in Scotland :)
I am Nothis and tend to be quite active on U21 topic whether good or bad. I try to promote players from our own English sides mostly, sometimes need to play the odd superstar who has been kidnapped abroad.
I am hoping the recent changes will get everyone a bit fired up as before and look to get more interest into the U21s

Do you feel managing Scotland in the past will be beneficial, or will the pressure from being seen as a traitor weigh you down too much ;)

We asked him to be England U21 manager in the past but he chosen Scotland over us........tough one this ;)

Haha.. learnt a lot from my time with Scotland ...less users but done well with what they produced...
Hoping for more of the same from England if given the opportunity ;)

I really do want to push you all to train the best as you all are capable of..... with the new training there are more options to enjoy this game as you all did before..

Even if someone else comes in and get voted ahead of me, this is a chance for you all to enjoy watching a U21 going forward and argueing with the U21 about who should play..
we have all done it but its a lot more than that :)
Please give me or the next coach a headache for team selection..... it makes the U21 look good but also produces for the future NT
The current NT applicant has a slight (massive) advantage as all these players were his prodigy and he will know them better than most...

New training... New start .... lets make it enjoyable again for all :P
