Thanks to the old managers and good luck to the new ones.

It’s real pressure being manager of either team…more so than managing your own team when you only have yourself to answer to even now with only 23 regular players that makes it 23x harder haha

23 is nice :P

If all the active players did take an interest in NT and U21 then would be more enjoyable for them and better for NT's :P

That is one of my goals

I hope you can all ignore my positivity a bit ( annoyance) and get involved for us all :P

Good luck Nothis, good to see you have received a good number of votes, it’s interesting seeing the u21 election got more votes than the main NT. I think you have a bigger job on your hands than the main as Alligator had done a good job in his time.

The u21 team has been in steady decline for a while now unfortunately.

Back in the days of forest reserves for many seasons I only had British players in my team (my logo used to advertise that). Was an attempt to help the home nation NTs.,,but it cost me in the league as was so hard to find players suitable for positions on the transfer market…but was enjoyable.

do i feel a new logo?? :P

Please let me know if you have or come across any English u21 players.... i have done a scout and some updating and we have some decent players.

Its strange that the majority of Players with a lot of potential are 20 yrs old or younger which is pleasing for me. Once i am happy with my updates i will ask what managers have in plan for our players training and hopefully will be on a similar idea as what i have.
I would love you all to get a fantastic junior from your schools and hopefully keep and train and progress into the u21s. As i said before i enjoy promoting and encouraging training from home clubs and hopefully bring a different enjoyment to the game.
This week is week 1 of the qualifiers on Saturday which should give me a better idea of the players we have. Feel free to comment on the match whether good or bad as all comments will be answered

I want to progress players and build our squad........ but i need a better update than that please :P

i will drop players i dont know... just recently found i was cheated , fleeced when in charge of Scotland U21s.... i dont understand what the problem is??

also why i would like to keep players to our Nationally playing players .... and that includes ALL the nationality's who play in our English leagues :)
