What a poor show, my 28 yr old triple superdivine striker dropped to Divine pace. Not sure a decline should happen till 30 tbh. That’s the 2nd player I’ve had this has happened too now. :/

Derbin also down in pace again, my team seems to decline quickly given the ages, I don’t understand how others are keeping average age teams of 35 ish?

This is where my rage against the game is coming from. I'm sure those 35+ players have dropped their skills a lot. Yet, the game engine is still playing them as they have the skills. Otherwise I can't explain how they're faster than my unearthly pace defender as it happened in previous games. You probably thought I'm a sore loser (which I am) but my posting was knowing very well (from experience) how fast skills drop for a 29-30, nevermind 35+ and yet watching them playing like they're in their prime. I concluded it can only be a game engine cause because the players skills cannot justify their match performance.

I do understand what you mean now....I certainly wouldn't expect 28 yr olds to drop their pace that quickly. There is no way that a 35 yr old is anything more than incredible or brilliant pace imho. Derbin dropped to incredible pace today but he's my reserve so I don't mind so much, he's still a god though lol

Pace has been proven to be the first skill to drop. Others are pretty uniform on average. So you might have slow but skilled players, they get the ball they will still do most of what they could do in the past.

We're talking about skill dropping at 29-30. The players I'm talking about are 35+. Last time a 36 years old, 1.60m outjumped and outpaced my 1.82m defender with unearthly pace. I get they still do most of what they could do in the past but in this case, this player must be the son of Messi and Ronaldo!

I bet fenland's players are all in green today. I liked the fact he subbed a 33yrs with a 36yrs old in the game last night. Score was 3-0 at that point. I'd love to know why? 9 players in the squad 21 or under would probably want to know why too. None of them on the bench, otherwise populated by a 37, 36 and 39yrs old players.
