For Prem sides, you'd think so ;)

It's tough at the top and you can't really train purely youngsters and remain competitive. Hence the reason I decide to sell off all my wonderful but sadly too old players!

If I was playing my youngster in the Prem, I'd get thrashed, with a double figure scoreline every game!

Maybe one day my players will be good enough :)
