A couple of important pops for me today. My keeper trainee made it to magical keeper which is lovely, and a defender trainee made it to unearthly so I can swap him to some much needed pace training.

For the first time since the training regime changed some of my outfield trainees are becoming good enough to challenge for the first team - which will be nice as for higher player skill levels the double wages for trainee and first teamer is a bummer, esp with recent rule changes.

But it’s SO a expensive to buy decent trainees have to start from scratch which takes aaages

For me, the results of my team are not as important anymore. Now I'm more interested in training young players, preferably from my own team. I want to dedicate myself to the England U21 team now.

I can sell it to you when something new shows up on the TL.
With a move like this, I will continue to train 10 Englishmen and motivate someone to train :p

I am looking for additional English players for training. I also want to train ten of them:P

I think that 5-6 individuals training together could create a team to compete for the World Championship.

12 pops this week. My youngsters are going crazy with their training. Absolutely nothing significant mind you, it'll be many seasons before these are at a top level. Still, I enjoy training them :)

I also need more English players to train. My youth team needs to improve! I've got an Unearthly youth coach installed this season so hopefully things start to happen soon!

It sounds like you have a passion for training young players in your youth team. It's great to see that you're enjoying the process, even though the results may take time to materialize. Consistency and patience are key when it comes to nurturing young talent.
