Having an "Unearthly" youth coach installed for the season can potentially enhance the training process and accelerate player development:)

Haha...I wish. You are the master and you keep us all very entertained :)

I own a team full of youngsters so I see good results. I've got decent coaches these days too, so I'm starting to reap the rewards.

That's why I'm no longer playing in the Prem. I sold off all my players over 23 and just invest in youth (for now)!

I'm hoping for another double figure week next week :)

I wish you all the best. Might be envy but I struggle to imagine double figure pops week in, week out. Unless they're all tragic skills.

Yeah, I made a decision not to train older players, well players over 25 as they're too slow for impatience. Instead I'd concentrate on youngsters and see how it went.

I've bought 16, 17 year olds but I'd say average ones, nothing too amazing or expensive. However, so far, so good.

It's a bit of fun and definitely the coaches have helped :)

Yeah, so in some cases it'll be disastrous, tragic, poor, weak pops etc. I'm including all of them, hence why I get a lot. I always say nothing significant. I don't have 18 yo's going divine! :)

It's slow and will take seasons before I have a competitive side but I thought I'd give it a go!

Certainly, if you hope to train young players, you can choose to prioritize training English players first. This choice can be based on various factors such as the local community, preferences, or the needs of your team. By focusing on training English players, you can contribute to improving the level of your youth team and strengthen the team in terms of nationality.

My main goalie popped twice this week in striking and passing as an example...

Ivan Francis, age: 20
club: Chuck Norris FC, country: England
value : 325 350 £
wage: 1 620 £
formidable [11] form
formidable [11] tactical discipline
height: 165 cm, weight: 65.3 kg, BMI: 23.99

good [7] stamina formidable [11] keeper
formidable [11] pace good [7] defender
good [7] technique average [5] playmaker
formidable [11] passing good [7] striker

I've had another player pop in 3 skills but lower skills, including his trained position!

So I do normally train my own players initially, to improve their skills before selling them onwards.

I struggle to find many decent young English players when I search the market!

I'd prefer to have English players and help contribute towards the national side.

There is rarely any worthwhile English trainees on the list. Just isn't enough teams for a constant supply. They are there, but tends to be cheaper to buy non English.
2023-05-25 17:42:28
Exactly, that's why I simply buy whoever is available at the time.

I have a decent youth coach so I'm hoping for better quality players to come through, who I can train!

Somewhat disappointing 6 pops.

Dave Saka has kept up his pop every week run though. Raheem McMahon with another pop too, so quality over quantity this time.

A massive 1 pop in Millers passing. His form obviously is dropping again though…. :/
