After the change in the game, speed has become one of the most important skills. Then, other skills related to the specific position on the field are also football pitch .
In central defense, player 3 and 4 should be as tall as possible in defense and, in my opinion, possess the highest possible technique. Their task is to quickly intercept the ball and pass it to the next player. Defenders 2 and 5 should focus more on their passing and playmaking abilities rather than just technique.

A player like the one for the U21 team is great for positions 3 and 4, at least in my opinion.
