One of my worst ever training weeks.

4 pops. 3 of them on stamina, the other on a disposable player.

Just 3 pops for me, not surprising given 3 of my usual trainees are injured. Gazza had a nice double pop. :)

A much better week for my side, with 10 pops in total (none were stamina).

I played all my trainees in my league match last night and got truly spanked as a result. However, no regrets as training results helped justify my decision!! lol :)

After the worst training week ever, got 10 pops this week. 2 of those stamina although 1 of the stamina was a useful one.

When Jim Merson joined my team, I was tempted to sell him right away because he didn't look promising. But Antoś advised me to keep him and train him. That turned out to be a good decision. So, if you face similar dilemmas, I recommend giving players a chance and training them. If we make it to the World Cup, at 21 years old, he will look like a solid defender.

7 pops this week. Squad value though... minus 300k. Form has collapsed.

I agree with giving players a chance before selling, but sometimes that's not practical for certain teams. I can get away with it to a certain extent but I think if you're challenging for a league title, you might struggle to give a trainee enough game time. As it might affect your teams rating/strength and ultimately your competitiveness!

It's tricky for some sides but if you can give a decent junior a chance, it's a good thing!

Very nice player!

I'd like to appeal to all the people training English players. Currently, many players have weak technique, so if there's an opportunity, train it. Technique is the second most important skill after pace.
