I've got my defenders on tech at the moment, including Sheringham! Might also get my midfielders training it soon!

Dennis Sheringham has the potential to be a defensive star. Thanks for training him!

My mid trainees are moving on to technique this week so you should see a big quick change in Pickles and Scholes I hope.

Scholes is starting to catch my interest more and more, and I had a moment today where I considered giving him a chance to play.

I think he is quite talented, he popped in 3 weeks to outstanding pace.

Just as I mentioned, we have a lot of good midfielders, but the problem is that they have a low level of technique.

Both Defs and Mids are training tech as per your request. What level should we be aiming for at say 21 and for the NT?

formidable [11] technique outstanding [12] playmaker

What is required for the NT?

I would expect that Bryan knows what he is doing being an England U21 manager for so long.

Considering my style of play, I prefer players with higher playmaking and passing abilities

I feel hopeful I could get Scholes and Pickles to around Formidable Tech by the time they are 21.

I think Bryan, like me, wanted to have the best players, so he trained them as well as he could. He just wanted to help himself achieve the best result.

I hope I'll be able to make the most of them in the World Cup. I have to admit that luck isn't always on my side when I'm working with England. Of course, I'd like to achieve something extraordinary with England, even though it's just a game.
