Pace is the slowest skill but I think you’d expect to go up 2 when that low.
Get more of a definitive idea in the next 4-5 weeks. If the next 2 pops are 2 and 2, not so bad.
in my opinion and observation of polish forum, a lot people acceptable a junior if he was poping until [6] in pace after 2AT - if not then they dont have a good talent
atm I don't have any assistant cause money... of course im know that I should'nt have a junior schools because of assistans but this junior schools save my ass this season of Russ Myers so I keep them cause got another talented but in future. It's a reason why im pushing to get promotion to second division this season because it's the easiest way to save and build a good training staff. After promotion i want to get 3x[11] assistant.
Atm I had a lot players who pop's after to until [5] in pace (without like 2-3-2-2), also my keeper who i sold, pop to 10 after 3 and 11 after 3+2 as I remember, to 12 after 4
there's my main
Training effectiveness as head coach:
poor [3] of stamina brilliant [14] of keeper
unearthly [16] of pace incredible [13] of defender
unearthly [16] of technique brilliant [14] of playmaker
unearthly [16] of passing average [5] of striker
but i want to fired him after season and get better
so it's a reason why im saying that Ted isn't talented player

Having ZERO assistants is absolutely terrible and people already told you on Polish forum to hire ANYONE, whatever level you can afford, even 3x average will be much better than 0 assistants...
I was thinking about assistants after promotion to the second league, but after selling my goalkeeper I am considering this option more quickly - I am just waiting for Saturday's update. I have a look regulary on the market..
Cost of 3x11 assistant is around 30k. From sponsor I should get like 50k more than now.

This is the problem with the youth school, it's a far less reliable investment than the head coach and assistants. You can spend 30k a week on the youth system (or 390k a season) and get absolutely nothing back from it. I think to this day I still haven't made close to a profit.
Eventually the youth system will pay off, but it's the endgame of your setup for after you've got the consistent income from player sales, tickets and sponsor money. Otherwise it's like trying to make your fortune betting on horses instead of investing it. Some get lucky, most won't.

I'm optimistic - because i sold my GK for more than I expected so prob I will hire assistants, maybe all three. I have a player who I can get now 300-500k, but if I do +2 pace, +1def +mid I would get around 1kk (checked on transfer DB by Geston)
stamina [3] poor, keeper [0] tragic
pace [8] solid, defender [5] average
technique [8] solid, playmaker [8] solid
passing [2] unsatisfactory, striker [3] poor
At this moment he's after
1AT Pace
10GT mid
11GT def
13GT tech
maybe with assistants he could get just one or two more skills to this time (before junior school i had assistants)

So what I'd say is that people pay that big money for potential, but that potential drops with every week older they become. An experienced manager is looking at that player and thinking "He's halfway to 19, his passing needs a lot of work to make him a viable winger. Every week he's not getting top training, he's becoming less valuable"
I have to tell you, I don't think he'll get anywhere near a million. Frankly I'm amazed those players did. 3 of those are being bought for their striker skills. Drozda is up on your guy by 6 points. I've no idea why Bujnowski got that much. Talent graph maybe.
That's why I was making the case last week that if a new club has a good young player, they should sell them immediately because they don't have the coaches to maximise that potential.
