All my 1st team Coaches are (magical) and all are unearthly in what i train.. Pace, tech and striker... The junior coach now has more skills although at a higher £££££ wage

With juniors you need a lot of luck.... But you also need to keep a good segregation of players.
Let me give you an example on my team, I got a junior:
Jamie McEvoy 18 solid [8] outfield 1

14 weeks ago he came in as good [7]... and in 14 weeks he has only improved his skill once!!!
Why am I keeping it anyway? Because he's 18 though, he can come out with solid pace and solid def - and that will already be good training material.
Well, and I don't have 30 school places filled.... however, if you do have a junior school full, it is worth watching and observing all the training.... because many times it turns out that the player you are training has no talent :-)

For junior coaches and assistants, it's the coach level which matters not the individual skills. The wages each coach needs has a steeper curve as levels go up so a coach which was all magical would be cheaper than a coach with unearthly and brilliant skills. Although still an oddity that GK skill on coaches is more expensive than other skills.

A very good example of a junior from me at the school who should have been thrown out a long time ago :)

I only give a week to anyone who's at 4, if they don't jump to 5, I sack them. Except the 16 years old. They get three weeks. Or as many as they want if I'd have any lol.

This is some kind of plan... good idea. Everyone has a different strategy :)
