Onderwerp: Future Clubs , NT and U21s ....

I know there is currently a lot of chat about all of these , but none i see taking it up a notch.. let me know if it is the Italian wine doing the talking here ;)

We all look out for and are more than capable of training and producing players as we always have.. was nice to see the topic about who has what trainers and very positive for those who upgraded (i only hope they can afford them, its not cheap)
What i think ..... in my opinion (only) is we need to work out who trains what the most and the best.... now that may sound silly to some... but to me its being clever... ;)
We now have more opportunity to train in house as we dont get training if not qualifying matches or world cup any more... We need an identity, kind of like how Gareth does it now... 1 striker.... 2 wingers... 2 att mids.... 2 def mids and 3 defs... maybe WB's? They all have special skills as do our players.. :P My plan is to build more players to play for The U21s in the perfect position...
Now remember ..... these players go onto play for the NT so they need to suit a style for that too... It sounds hard work but i know it will work and help at club level too but will take a while...
I said mostly last season that i felt the squad were disjointed... and that was at no fault of the previous coach , just maybe communication between us and NT and interest maybe??
People can still sell their superstars on.... i'm not saying how to play the game.... haven't been playing that long seemingly :) but trying to show an enjoyable side to the game.... I may have Scottish blood but i would love to see England U21 and NT get to where they should be and are more than capable whether with me or another in charge ;)

I currently advance train 6 strikers.. 1 GK , 2 Defs and a Mid..... the oldest is 23 which pains me :P

None are currently English which pains me more , but looking at my junior school i hope that changes this season

The funny thing is that you keep talking about training players and you only have one English player yourself...
... and on top of that, his last game was played in November 2022, so you don't even train him.

Super... but apart from the name I see here a wasted player who you bought when he was 17? And he wasn't getting any training.... but if you want good for England then such players are just wasted. And there aren't too many of them as you know yourself :)

I am looking at a way to elevate training up a notch and all are invited to comment... I don't care if i'm not U21 or NT i just want us all too feel enjoyment , pleasure and a nice warm positive winning feeling for all :P
