so what makes us train? What can we do to push up a notch?

i played my 19 yr old English striker (not U21) last Friday and he got 85% advanced training... i gave him 20 mins in Sundays Prem match and he is now up to 95% advanced.. :P
we can all be very very clever about how we train and produce :P
