what you don't know is that Fenland has a 'youth programme' going on (rolling eyes)

Why are you keeping such a low average age in your team? Doesn't really sound sensible from any side I look at it, starting with results, ending with losing player value (of those not advanced-trained) each season

It's worth keeping only 10 young-ish players for training, as for the rest - unless you're going for league domination and can afford a top team - 27+ makes more sense

ed: unless you're just playing your trainees in first eleven? Then it makes sense (a bit) but at the same time if you play them every week in both league games + friendlies... that's asking for getting the high-value trainees injured, without getting any reward for it (for ~max training 90 mins in one league is basically enough, that's 96%)
