Hi All (sorry wasnt sure where to post this)
Ive returned from a break and am fully back immersed into the Sokker world and my new team, but if i remember from the last time/team i had there was a way of having a mentor/tutor that you could ask questions and get guidance from. Is this system still in place? and how do you go about getting onto it. I dont want to keep bombarding the forums, and just have a few things im unsure on.

Thanks, ive got a few and some about specific players that im not sure about posting in here.
1) tactics, are there any good guides around as im really struggling to work it all out, ive not seen many play a back 3/5 so assume it doesnt work easily and am struggling to work out the height of my lines both attacking and defensive.
2) are their basic levels or guides as to juniors, generally i see what they come in at or give them a few weeks before cutting them and usually mist 18/19s that arent very good.
3) when is best to sell your younger trainees, both in terms of the season and their development
Sorry for bombarding the forum just a few things i have been struggling with so any help is greatly appreciated, thanks :)

Hi sorry quick answers
1. Yes definitely I don’t have time on
My phone to find them
But but check newbie forum which will definitely have a link to some good guides on the game to refresh you
2. Go via the press room and there is a new feature that estimates the likely skill of a junior at pop. I rarely keep 1819yos tbh. I aim for players that will be formidable plus when ready. You also need a coach with a reasonable general appraisal for your juniors to pop…reasonable meaning thinking about what you can afford.
3. Blimey. That depends on many things - whether you have new juniors from your school that are limiting places, whether your juniors are in your first team for league games, whether you need money now or later. Really hard to answer.
