JE is fine. I admire his stats ability we need lots of different people and be able to build a world class England team. Crikey I am ranked 4th on points and that is totally crazy. No wonder the supporters are annoyed.

Absolutely, improving the overall relations within the English community is crucial to enhance the quality of the English national team.

It's a shame that this forum has become a it of a slanging match recently. Hopefully people can bury their feuds and move on.

By all means, I've played quite a part iflaming the spirits on here lately. I hold my hand up. Since I became active on forums I stressed about the fact that is not healthy for our leagues and NT to carry on the way you were, old teams going for the imediate result and putting off other users trying to build something. The gaps between the leagues were ridiculous at some point (I think I came with numbers at the time). I am being ridiculed for being at 60 ratings for 6 seasons. Fair enough, it wasn't my plan at all, by the way. But at least I maintained this level, considering I started at 20 ratings. Imagine if all teams in Division 2 would do the same. And teams in Division 3 would follow. We'd have a real competition throughout the leagues. The gaps between the leagues are increasing again. And the advice coming from users that don't even take the game serious is not what users that struggle need right now. That's why I couldn't stay quiet. There are other users that could be role models. I mentioned some of them that play in Division 2 right now and they're on their way of having a long period of stability. I also mentioned users that tried the 'buy old and sell young'. And their short period of success followed by a total decline and no way out of it. And I mentioned that everyone is free to chose whatever model they want. But the examples speak more than me, borkos or nothis or anyone else. Also, I speak from my real and present experience not some nostalgia threaded with fantasy. It's a new system that even old users seem to find a bit awkward compared with used to be before the changes. I've been on here for 20 seasons and even I feel like this season I am losing touch with the game. Every shared experience matter, every advice should be welcomed. But let's keep it real when an user from Div 3 (real and rare) asks for advice because he's struggling. If you tell him to play old players, sell young and make millions, I don't know, but it wasn't a very real experience for me and many other users. Might happen. But most surely, might not.

I primarily focus on the national team, which is why I sacrificed my club. However, I decided to implement a plan B that should elevate the level of my team. I aim to advance to the second division by playing players under 21. Perhaps there will come a moment when I decide to leave some to try to advance to the Premiership. I certainly won't abandon training new future players for the U21 England. We'll see if this allows me to develop financially and developmentally?

By the way, I was the underdog in most of the games I played on here. I won about 60% of them and I have some famous scalps on my wall. And I never had a world class player in my squad (maybe Polson got near the Player of the year ceremony as a waiter). But I had moments when I was able to find the right tactic. If I would be asked for an advice, the tactic would be the first thing I would talk about. The tactic helped win games, go up through the leagues, make money, build stadium, hire coaches, buy players. In my opinion, this should be the main aspect a team in Division 3 should focus on, get the best of the 11 that plays for them, get the result, get the fans coming, sell the tickets and so on. And obviously: train, train, train. First advice I got on here from BR, the only senior user who offered to help me when I joined. I think we talk too much about money and buying/selling. Best feeling on here is when you buy a player for peanuts and make that player worth millions (talking about Polson). And even better when you do the same with a player from academy.

And borkos is against almost everyone who dares to say anything about the game, hence he is banned on quite a lot of forums and if not, he is told to go away.

In case you don't know, borkos is on this forum (or back on it, apparently he has been on here before I started) because he came across me on an international forum where me and other users were talking about the changes and (my fav subject) teams that play old players even in the friendlies.

You CAN train more than 10 players a week. Unless, I'm not that random and it only happens to me. Players that are not in advanced still train/pop on the skill you train for their position.

You can't train them effectively and that's what people thought. That they can have 20 or 30 young players and give them effective pace training. They can't, it's possible only with 10 in advanced training, the rest gets much worse training even when it shows 100% next to them.

I didn't lie, I have no reason to lie about you or anything else. When you defend yourself, which is what you always do, try not to insult people. We can argue, contradict, have some banter or even agree. But you're going to far. So far that admins of forums end up deleting some of your posts. And I really hope you're just very young and you will mature one day soon and hopefully learn that calling people a liar is very personal and defames their character. I think it's time for you to drop this personal attacks and join a conversation. I lowered my level enough since you started this one on one with me. But you're trying to take me to some depths that are below my decency and I won't follow. I admit that I never had any respect for you (as user of this game) or your opinions (about this game). At no point you made me think otherwise. But your last post makes me think you don't care about respect too much.

I'd have to look for it to give you exact details, but from what I remember:

100% of position training = 1/5 for 100% advanced training

So for example if a player needs 2 weeks of advanced training to pop to solid playmaker, then he will need 10 trainings in position training to pop in it

In other words it's not worth it to try to train young players in position training...

You are not clever enough to find out, that most of these transctions are 1 bid purchases (sacked immediately), which took me 1 second each.

Just a few in the last few months on Sokker International. I've been on forums where people are expecting your nasty reactions when someone contradicts your opinion. They already know you will start insulting their abilities to play this game and even going on a personal level. And you never disappoint their anticipations. I've seen deleted conversations you've been engaged in. You do indeed have a problem. I commend your intention to help but I noticed that as soon as someone doesn't agree with you, even in the slightest mode, you go on a personal level. You start digging their team, extract things that you think it shows how bad they are at playing this game and in the end you go on a personal level and you call everyone a liar. You have a nasty side that is really not necessary the best feature on a forum anywhere and it really doesn't go well with your strange habit of trying to get involved in people's business. I noticed others tried to explain to you the same thing I was trying to: you DON'T know everything and you might be wrong sometimes. My advice: seek help.
