I have 5 unearthly coaches who maybe cost me 3 million for all?

But that's from the draw yeah?

Which is purely how lucky you are. Some have spent millions and got none.

Most Unearthly coaches for sale sell for £5m+

Stick them as youth coach.
Go read training report
It will give training effectiveness.
Repeat for all your Unearthly coaches.
Maje sure you remember to reassign there rolls.

Yup, it's always 93% for general unearthly coach + 94% for main coach skills effectiveness.

It's just based on the skill level, it doesn't show any subskills etc.

So training effectiveness is capped at 93% for youth coaches. That's good to know.

That extra £60 is curious. I'm not sure it's a flaw written into a formula for a different currency, or it's intentional in which case, where does it belong?
