You did a decent job Aligator, I voted Legolas simply because I did not see you being active......I would vote for you again in the future of your work slows down :)

I don't consider myself an excellent tactician, or writer but I'll do my best.
I need time to get used to the NT, hopefully the results will come. If I'm unsatisfied with my job, I'll leave the place to somebody else.

Currently, my main concern is finding friendlies, especially for the next 2 weeks.

mainly average teams, hope to gain as many points as I can for NT rankings, tho place 16 is too far.

1st issue found in ntdb is the lack of U27 mids. I nearly found 3 good lads, I need some improvisation for the 4th place and the bench.

everything is ready for today. 1st I wanted to use only 1 tactic, but I did a rubbish one for the 2nd half. I don't have more expectations, but I can't wait to see how guys are moving and to improve the tactics for the next matches.
