Thanks all, as I said BR ran me very close this year, and I am sure will win his first title very soon given his team is younger than mine in general.
Also congratulations to all of those that achieved promotion and or play offs, and to this that have relegated you can come back stronger. My team took many seasons to come together like this, I would say it was a 5 to 6 season plan of training on some very nice but very young trainees.

Wdp, you probably have the most expensive team to maintain. I would like to ask you whether the club is making a profit or a loss after the changes introduced in the game?

Camus has posted a poll for every top league, asking you to vote for the best manager. I loved the idea, it'd be a great reward for those who did well and maybe not got a material reward for their performance. Please, check each top league forum and vote.
I have. I wasn't going to disclose as (checks notes) a vote is generally secret. But I noticed quite a few of you have. Some even admitting they voted for themselves lol.
I voted Aligator (Legia) for the Prem. I know the ranking of his team doesn't justify my vote but I think that he managed the generational change of his squad very well.
For 2.01 I went for atbln (Canonly). I am subjective here, I admire the way he developed his team over the last few seasons and I think this season he got a position in the league he fully deserves. Objectively speaking, I think Conte (Inter) deserves to share the first place with him. These two guys deserved their promoting positions.
2.02: I voted for Piotr (RTS). This time I am objective. I don't like his tactics (not only in sokker) but it's like arguing that Jose Mourinho is not good at his job. Piotr certainly did a Porto job.
2.03: I voted for spitfire (Colne). He got together a very strong squad (for the Div 2 level) and no matter what injuries or suspensions came along he managed to keep a constant high level of performance throughout the season and finish undefeated. Rating wise, his team was many times the underdog.

Gimme a minute and I'll put the forum links up. I know most won't follow all the forums

By the way, Camus, I know you're going to play in Div 3 next season but I hope you will still be active on forums. I very much enjoyed your contributions. I have tried to keep the light on for Division 2 for the last seasons and I think you did it even better than me. I doubt that Division 2 was discussed as much as the last few seasons and your contribution was major. Plus, I am sure you will be back soon.

I probably will be back. I so very nearly ragequit at times this season because it's been hugely disappointing and I hate it in 3.

It's only a few weeks. And I am sure you will be back stronger and have a great time in Div 2.
I have an operating profit this season of £2.5m this is without any transfers included.
Just 1 season in III and you'll come back to II in a stronger position, the game is a long term one....and strategy is key. :)

I admit that I did and even said why....I wouldn't usually though :p
Long-term planning is kind of why I'm going down. I decided at the start of the season that it was more important to invest in the infrastructue of the club, so the money I had went on sorting out the stadium, training and youths. Had I spent that on my team instead I'm fairly certain I'd be staying up.

Operating profit 200k, but i got big gates of 558k this week, this is the bit in the season where i loose 500k a week until prem starts , my tickets for league games are 350-558k
I run on minus, therefore surely wdp does too [it has to be done fornightly]
say 460k a fortnight gates
88k sponsers fornight
548k fornight
minus
534k salary's , facilities a week
I loose 500k a fortnight unless in cup then 440k av.
I have 2 trained players to sell that should get me around 7 mill, had them yonks, it's how we stay afloat
