Yes we have a noob forum but no one is using that. Quick tips.

Do
Learn how to use the tactic creator. It's the cheapest way for you to gain an advantage.

Learn player skills before you buy players. (see below)

Buy a head coach (after you've learnt player skills). That's what you're training.

Be careful of wages when buying players. Your money is very limited and anyone over 4k is not advisable.

Don't
Invest in the youth team, you can't afford it yet.

Invest in the stadium. Same as above.

Player Skills
Keepers need - Keeping (priority), then pace and passing.

Defenders need - Defending, pace and tech. Then passing and playmaking as a bonus.

Mids need - Playmaking, passing, pace and tech. Defending is very useful if you can get it.

Strikers need - Striking, pace and tech.

Basically everyone outfield needs pace and tech.

You are probably right. Unfortunately not everyone is taught to enter the forum in game. There should be tutorials here from the beginning of the game, as there are in other games. Step by step learning, and for good performance - more money in your account.
I once developed such an idea on a Polish forum.... unfortunately nobody does anything about it. And I'm already losing faith that this game will ever be revived.

Camus that’s a brilliant little guide and what the starting players need. Now for the second step is a basic tactics guide and then perhaps they may be ready for that epic wordy thing.

Secondary but still essential. Defenders without tech get murdered.

True, but same is for pass and pm... you list it with pace and def

I didnt say that.... primary for defs Are pace and def... you would never train tech higher then those on a def... tech is sideskill, along with pm to get rid of the Ball fast, and pass so his passing arent all over the place

I have to disagree with that. The primary function of a defender is to defend and they can't do that if they're miscontrolling the ball or are easy to run through.

Defending > Pace > Tech > Playmaking > Passing

Where you decide the line is between primary/secondary/tertiary is up to you. Personally I won't touch any outfield player who doesn't have pace and tech.
