Just in case: Chuck used a rotation system that clearly affected his results and his position in the league. Have a look for yourself. Hence my advice. By doing this, he wanted to get the most training for his youngsters. He is now relegating to Div 3. His morale is low.

I agree that the pop thing is silly when you have a squad that is rock bottom on skills and players pop very quick. It's not my case. I was only trying to tell Chuck that I still got a good number of pops on high(er) level of skills and still got the results.

You may well be right about the rotation working against me but I'll always go with training over results, because that's what I enjoy most about the game. Yes, I'd rather win than lose week in week out but after deciding to sell off all my best players (and top earners) I'd made the decision to accept relegation so it was in my control. Yes, it may have been me throwing my toys out my pram but I'm definitely over that now and ready for div3!

I've tried not to overcomplicate it. I would have liked to do more on the midfield but there are so many variations on formation and movement that it would have ended up being the same size as that entire guide.

I just think that if you want an active community, the best way to get it is to create it yourself. I also hate losing, which is why I'm locked in on the U-21's. If Bulgaria can win the U-21 World Cup, so can we.

Even Crna Gora with 13 users won the u21 World Cup. Theoretically having only 10% of England's potential.

All the while we are pulling dross youths we will never win a World Cup, I have never had such a dry spell of nothingness! :(

Someone is pulling good youths because we've plenty of talent coming through, it's just certain areas we have problems with. Keeper and defenders are going to be an issue next season but our strikers look like beasts.
It's the 19s where things are starting to look up. We don't have strength in depth, but we have strength.

I certainly would like an u21 international again……I won’t haven anyone at all for the foreseeable future unfortunately.

I've not had one for a while, but feel like 2-3 of my current trainees could very well make it.

Last was Dave Saka, he's still going well and in the first team now too.

Tom Seaman is up on Sunday. I haven't done the graph yet but he looks like a good bet for the U-21s
