How your season went also has an influence, had hoped the 65yo would stay on though.

Note to myself and everyone else: keep some funds stashed away for recruiting coaches when the season ends.

Yes coaches always announce retirement an season in advance. So only 1 day of season coaches announce retirement

Cost me 100k to recruit another magical trainer. My 91 year old is not retiring but my 68 year old is.

100k is cheap, but you had 13 weeks to get a replacement.

Thanks it looks like I got lucky as my 94 yr old is continuing for another season at least.

5 out of 6 are retiring only the 88 year old is staying on. The 106, 91, 87 and 73 year olds are all calling it a day. Its going to be an expensive year.

Just wasted 500k and got nothing.

Ouch, I am lucky I have only 1 coach that’s old now and he’s staying on. I guess he will retire after next season at 95. It does say if you’re successful they have more chance of choosing to stay on.

Be interested to know what the oldest coach is that isn't retiring.

My youth coach Robbie Benton is 94. He’s staying until next season…../replacing him will be a pain….but I did get lucky last season getting an all unearthly head coach with not much spent, plus he was 43.

I think I just saw someone mention a 107 year old on the forums.
