Hi,
I wanted to introduce myself to you as a candidate to coach the England National Team.

Short BIO,

This is my second adventure with Sokker.
In the first one I was playing for a dozen years from 2004.
With my own club team I played in the Polish Ekstraklasa and won the bronze medal of the Polish Cup 4 times.

I was also successful as a national team coach, including:
Poland, Slovenia, Canada - with all of them I advanced to the World Cup Finals.

My second life in Sokker, is a return in 2020 and a record fast climb from the lowest league to the Ekstraklasa.
I have currently fulfilled the potential of that squad, set my sights on renewal through youth training and returning to play for club trophies in a few seasons.
This is why I will have more time and have decided to return to the competition of the national teams.

If you are looking for a coach with excellent Sokker knowledge, great experience and proven success - please vote for me.

My plan is to rebuild a strong position for your team, to advance to the World Cup Finals.... and we will see what happens next :)

PLEASE VOTE HERE

The most important thing is to be remembered!

And the second thing, if it is a positive memories?:>

Since some of you may not know me after all, I am looking forward to telling you a little more about myself.

First of all, feel free to ask!

And I'll add something else from me.
I think my speciality in Sokker is tactics.
I've built a lot of them over the years - different formations, different settings - I have a lot of experience in that.

It is usually through tactics, not financial advantage, that I have achieved my successes.

Dear friends,
I must admit that I was stunned by the information about the attendance in the previous election.
The English community of 120 users had a total of 9 votes. Nine! (why????)

Why this is happening. Are you not very interested in the fate of the National Team? Or perhaps a little disappointed?

I would like to encourage you to take a more active part in the life of the The Team.
I hope that when I become National Team manager I will find both a few co-workers and a bunch of supporters.

And un"like" some who are still undecided- I am here to take over the England National Team.... not Scotland... Not Great Britain ;)

The last season saw some poor results and the season before the manager was not overly active. The NT needs someone whop will do well but also involve the community. There are some strong candidates this time!

9/120 is nothing shocking. Most people are barely active in this game.

Polish u21 elections:
138 / 1996 - less than 7% voted

If so, I am of good faith and I am also looking forward to your involvement as a leading manager and multiple Premiership champion.

Firstly, there has always been a difference between the senior and U21 teams.

Secondly - and more important - Poland is not the best example - there are a lot of unaware users there, in the low leagues. If you took into consideration the percentage of votes in leagues I-III it would probably be much, much higher.

And that's what I would hope for in England. Just 30-50% of the votes from the Premiership and II Division alone would put the number of votes at 16-24.

Now that you finished telling us off, would you like to tell us what your plan is for the NT?
2024-06-11 11:34:43
Last 2 elections of senior Polish NT: 6.8%, 6.4%.

The only difference is that barely active teams play higher in smaller countries. Go through the teams in 2nd English league and see the age/value of players and number of transfer made.

Most people in this game are barely active, it’s a half-dead game. And even those active often don’t give a damn about forum and National Team.

Building a national team is always a process.

Now, there are many tools available to build databases, as well as the ability to preview players' skills - so this is no longer the biggest challenge of a starting manager. Although properly selecting players and building the right relationship with their club coaches is more than important.

Earlier, I wrote about building a better, more active atmosphere around the national team and I see this also as an important factor - serving the whole community. I would like you to feel a stronger connection with the national team.

But as you ask - let's move on to strictly sports issues.

• The main goal for the first season is to advance to the World Cup finals - any other result would be a big disappointment and failure.
• At the same time, I'd like England to set tough conditions for the team drawn from the first basket of the qualifying group. Even if we are not the favourites, I would like a serious fight for points.
• While pursuing the above goals, I also see the need to improve the national team's ranking position. The current 31st position is unacceptable, a rise of 5-10 positions during first season is my minimum goal.

We should have more people voting this time around. I haven't yet.

Don't think anyone has asked yet, but out of all the countries you could pick, why England?
2024-06-11 15:35:05
Why England?
I can mention two decisive aspects.

The first, observing the situation on the national team field, I noticed that the last seasons might have been disappointing for you, and at the same time it seems to me that England has the potential to be definitely better utilised and achieve better results.
I have experience with different national teams (from the biggest ones like Poland, to smaller ones like Slovenia) and I think I can handle the challenge of building a stronger position for England in the world of Sokker. Of course, it will take the cooperation of the managers, as well as the proper training of the players - but from what I can see, at least some of you are signalling such a willingness.

The second, is that for as long as I can remember, in real football, the England team has been one of my favourites and I always support them at big events like the World Cup or EUROs. The first time, I remember, it was back in the Italia ‘90 Championship :)
I am also a big fan of the world's best league, the Premier League, from its very beginning in ‘92 - I have always bought TV packages since they are available in Poland.

So choosing England is a natural for me.
And, at the meantime, choosing an experienced manager like me should be beneficial for you to help strengthen your position in Sokker.

Good luck!

I would bet on you for this elections.
