Yup, I nearly bankrupted myself initially trying to compete. Really tricky. Even buying ancient 37yos to give a strong 1st team can cause problems as initially you don’t have the fab club nor stadium to earn enough to pay big wages….too rapid promotion can backfire..tricky balance
