We have to play to our strength and thats the midfield and forwards.......but it has to be in the right setup and Southgate is a negative Nelly.

We dominated Denmark in the last Euros and won deservedly playing 4231, he then changed to 3 at the back vs Italy in the final and went 1 up and the team just dropped playing totally differently to the 4231 formation. It wa 100% was Southgate's fault and I agree we should have won because Italy were not a great team at the time. I think that was our best chance to win any tournament before too.

Yeah, I agree. He's probably a thoroughly nice guy. He's also been involved in football for a very long time, so that would suggest he has a very strong understanding of the game! However, he doesn't give me confidence he knows how to manage the national side. I appreciate it's a very difficult task and you're under the microscope but that's what he's signed up for.

We looked very poor the other night so something isn't working. He and his coaches aren't getting the best out of the players. I hope he can turn things around on Tuesday against Slovenia!

Scotland then? I'd love to see them go through but I really don't see it happening. Hungary haven't been great but they've still got too much quality to outscore to outscore Scotland.

Scotland conceded a late goal so we're dumped out early in the tournament. Their journey is over all too quickly!

I felt sorry for Switzerland for also conceding a very late goal, preventing a historic win over Germany. I watched their game and found it great viewing.

I've been surprised by how bad Croatia have been. Having said that, the way Italy play suits them.

As for Scotland, well, you could have written that script. That's the most Scotland that Scotland have ever Scotlanded.

Yeah, they've not been their best. However, I've not been blown away by Italy either so I've no idea which way this one would go. My guess would be Italy but we will see...
