the format was always the same since the short season was implemented and I implement changes only if they are voted ...
before that format was also defined ...
propose me format that will fit in 6 weeks and I will be glad to vote it in forum ...
since rules are posted on the first page I cannot change who promotes and relegates on a fly
so in all cases if any changes I have to vote for them before the competition starts so they can be approved for next edition

I'm sending messages to all teams starting from those that qualified pot by pot toward end of the week will have clear vision of the teams
European teams are strong so I expect 24 + 3 or 4 wildcard for main flow..
