Can someone explain why Diamond Point was my selected tactic for tonight when I picked something else and can prove it?

I always believed player names were randomly generated but I'm starting to get suspicious. Over the past 3 seasons I've started seeing some very "convenient" names cropping up.

Lord Trescothick (the only player in the entire game called Lord)
Barman Cheddar
Moss Green
Ronaldo Van Nistelrooy
Zander Alexander-Arnold
Rocky Walker
Sir Bobby Hoddle
Ford Speedie (This is random? Come on) There's also a Ford Parker and a Ford Slowly.
Ronaldo Scholes
Harry Styles
Dickson Brain
Dick Nosbusch (think about it)


and that's just the ones I haven't deleted from the database.

Do we have an old online database for English players? Nothis and I are trying to build some kind of system where we can access player info so he can focus on the U-21s and I can run everything through some formulas. He found this but we don't know who owns it or how to get it running again

The names are generated in a database by mods / admins. Bryan robson had the role (may do so) and made a decision a few years ago to remove lots of the depth of names in the database and replace instead mostly with names of famous footballers.

Some like it, some less so.

It takes into account current season and previous season expectations fulfilment.

Also at start of season previous season expectations are more important than current season (it changes with season, at the 2nd half of season current are more important than previous)

Yep I've seen the graph, but expectations implies a focus on the future, not last season.
