I think a warning would suffice, but if I say so then I believe they will be punished more because of my backing.. I don't know these users I only respect them because of their fair involvement of this game

Most people do, but if you had other family members playing you wouldn't buy their players.
As far as I can see they only ever have one shared IP. Obviously admins would see far more than mere users can see.
