Ok let's see how this works.

Nothis (or Strus for that matter), can you look through this lot and see if any of them are worth saving. If they're already with an English club that we know are training (Shanks, Chuck etc), you can skip those. Most will be in abandoned clubs, but I know there are a handful who aren't.

The plan is this.

We identify who are worth saving.
I'll contact them and make them an offer, or try to find a buyer on here
They get money for players they can't train anyway
We get viable trainees

They're all 18 and I've essentially filtered out anyone I have information on already.

This is excellent work by the way. If i had more time i'd be contacting them all myself.

If I could see the skills I'd just do it myself without bothering anyone.

I think when I actually get round to managing the U21s myself, I want a system in place that will alert me to new clubs as soon as they join. Being able to see their players, I can immediately help them identify who plays where. I also believe that the best thing a new club can do is sell any talent 18 or under, because they need the money and can't train them effectively anyway.

I have highlighted ones in my opininion who have potential but there are a lot of solid GKs in there with zero pace or other skills... feel free to shout out if you feel i missed one ;)

Yeah I suspected a lot might be keepers. I'll message you shortly about the ones you highlighted, got to go out.

Zero pace isn't such an issue because they're all 18, there's time to fix that.

So of those four, 2 are pretty great and the other 2 are pretty good. Unfortunately it looks like we were too late to save 3 of them. James Headley however looks awesome and I'm trying to get him on the market.

I've got Morph England in my training group. Trainint pace currently. He came out as Excellent 17yo. I'd say he's pretty average but I'll still see how he gets on with a bit of training.

It's such a shame that we've probably lost Darren Esdaille. Sumskill 24 striker, better than anything I've seen on the Daily Transfer Show, worth about 2m

Nothis, can you take a look at Samuel Heskey from Market Harborough? A bit older at 19 but his rating and value suggests he might be something worth keeping an eye on.
