Yes age influence training speed. Pace and Stamina speed is different than other skills, by pace being slightly slowly (you can train up to 22 players), and Stamina being faster (every player will be trained).
Training speed is influenced by your coach as well and the hidden player talent.

Well For my understanding HT was the first game in this genre out there, so yes you can think of it in the Honoring way. (i'm still play that game as well)

I'm simply sitting there hoarding money. Got something like 30 mill.

Then again, I do the exact same thing in this game...

The best part of this game is right here on the forums.

Sometimes they will be quiet for a day or two but when they are active there is nothing more fun.

For example, feel free to look around all of the NT threads. Lots of fun in those

Training here is very similar to that lesser game you play. I used to play and had worked myself up to Div 2 or 3 but lost interest. Prime training ages are the same, training time to train a skill here is smaller.

Skills are quite different, passing is more important than pm for mids for instance.

tactics are very important, watch your matches and it should not take you long to figure out what your team needs most.

training is the same except here there is a hidden talent of each player. some players may pop every 3 weeks at age 17, other players pop every 5 weeks. After a few weeks of training you'll figure these players out and usually keep the short week talent and fire the long week talent players.

Also, one big difference is that in this game every skill really does matter.

In hattrick basically you just get scoring on your forwards, playmaking on your midfielders, goalkeeper on your goalie, defender on your defenders, etc.

Sure you will want to add a little bit of passing or something to your forwards but other than that it doesn't really matter.

Sokker breaks it down a lot further and makes you worry about things like speed (pace) and ball control (technique). So if you have a Divine striker with tragic pace, he is pretty much worthless.

Things like defender on forwards also become useful to win tackles up top. Since sokker actually has a live ME with the little players running around (rather than just formulas like hattrick that just take into account skills and give out chances and results), there is a lot more each player needs.

It is also a lot easier to be an underdog here than in hattrick. Over there, you lose the midfield and you pretty much lose the game. Sokker has tactics that you design and it can change results easily if your tactic is better. This is extremely fun for me when I coached the NT because every game is just a mind war of trying to counter your opponents tactic. Down in your league you won't find this as much but if you see your opponent is playing 3 defenders, if you play a winger(s) your chances of winning will go up greatly.
