Sorry about the delay, i was busy those past few days and forgot about elections.

It is election time again! You will have the opportunity to stand for election as the national team coach (either Senior or U21) of any nation, and vote a Senior and U21 manager for your own nation.

To access the election page, go to the respective country homepage, then click on National Team, and then Elections.

If you stand for election, it is recommended that you open ONE thread in the appropriate country forum after the elections start. Please prefix your thread with [NT] or [U21] , e.g. [NT] forestman or [U21] guacamole. Please do NOT spam forums, SK-mail people directly for votes, or spam users Guest Books. Any of these spammy activities will result in forum banning and/or financial fine.

Please remember that a user who has been elected as an NT manager will not be able to resign from their job. Therefore when you stand for the NT job, it is not only for fun, it is also your responsibility to serve the full term which the people that voted you into the job thought you should serve.




-Bumping its own thread is not allowed. i will bump every election thread after the first week, and few days before the end to make everyone visible;
-Vote request or election spam through SK mail is an automatic forum ban for the election period, so if you receive some, keep the mail and forward it to me.
-A will allow Johnandabby to do his regular joke thread ^_^;
-As last time i will allow candidates talk in other candidates Threads, if each other respect is kept.

i just noticed our nt ranking dropped to 24.. vondo won 3 out of 15 friendlies... think it would have been better just not to play friendlies at all? no injury risk, etc

i hope he quits the game completely after this failed term

ha relax I was just giving our b teamers and sub-?? players some games dude... whats the point of playing our 28+ starters in friendlies n getting them injured? Also, its not like we have crazy depth in our NT n u should know that... maybe you're right n we shouldn't have played friendlies but I decided to give those players some NT games...

I would like to see you try NT again... I remember last time you managed it u didn't do any better than me I believe...

What's the point? How about ranking. Ranking effects draw, we have fallen into the second "pot" from top seeded pot.

while I agree with vond that it's nice to get some other players some matches, falling into the 2nd pot really makes it more difficult in the future for the next NT coach because their group will now have 1 more really good team in it

honestly, our A teamers are no more than 1 or 2 skill levels from our A teamers... over half of our A team is 30+ years old whats the point of playing them? Maybe we would have had a better ranking but I'd be willing to bet that we'd still lose some friendlies even if I did play our old A teamers
