When I took over the U21 the first time Dag deleted all but 3 tactics, I would loved to have had them all as a starting point for a couple of reasons. One, I can see what worked and what did not, two I could use them and modify for the opponent. In some cases it is as simple as moving up the backline or changing only the strikers.
This time around he left a couple more, of the 16 matches we had I used them as the basis for 5 of the tactics, but never used them exactly.
And yes Llama, I am a bit nervous here now, there was NO point in erasing them. Slammy is right, you have a lot to prove, you had NOTHING to lose by keeping them. Even if we still were only allowed 10 tactics. What if you start off poor, you have nothing to rely on now other than things that are not working.
No one hear is abandoning you, but you are clearly not off to the best of starts even before game 1.
You are already off to a controversial start.
