“Win the Italian U21”
This contest had considerable success in sokker italy last year with the participation of about 60 users. We decide to export to sokker international hoping that this number will rise, but above all I hope you can enjoy it!
RULES
Each manager can sign only one young italian player, aged between 16 and 20 years old. The three players with more pops up at the end of week 14 will debut in a friendly match against Nederland.
The contest lasts from week 2 to week 14 the final results will be published on Tuesday 1/31/2012
Managers can change their players at any time losing points accumulated
Managers can not register players that have already been played in the U21.
Minimum skill required to partecipate:
- Goalkeeper: GK + pace = 18 steps
- Defenders: Defense + Pace + technique or playmaking = 18
(Minimum defense skill = average 16/17enne - acceptable 18/20 year old)
- Midfielders: Pace + technique + playmaking = 22
- Forwards: Attack - Pace - Technique = 18
(Attack skill = average minimum 16/17 year old - acceptable 18/20 year old)
The shots must be updated ONLY in the forum: Italian U21 competition in the tred of te week within Monday of the week taken into account; the ranking updates will be published every Tuesday or Wednesday
The pop ups in stamina will not be counted.
The friendly selected for the debut of the winners is against Nederland
The registration will be made ONLY through the form linked below. The owner should put his player in Transfer Announcement (TA) after entering the data, until those has been verified. A skmail will be sent to the owner, confirming the enrollment.
The three winners must be placed in TA for final chek.
In the event of a tie the final classification will take account of (in order):
Lower age
Sum of skills (except stamina)
Coming from their own youth school
Date of entry

THIS is more complex than the NFL tiebreaker formula, and I understand it about as well as the BCS ranking system.
