Mb is the tougher of the 2 but Bb did draw with jon this week. Jon has issues at striker, in addition to non-admin issues, and other issues of a general nature, but I still expected him to win that match and he didn't.

When your best striker has formidable striking, you aren't going to beat a team that still has a good keeper and a good defense.

Formidable. Yeesh. You have my sympathies. I know the feeling, mid-season all 4 of my strikers were either hurt of suspended. Major suckage.

True. Since I wasn't going to win the ML and wasn't going to finish worse than third, I didn't want to bother. My biggest problem is the perfect player is out there for me to buy, but the owner wants $500k more than he's worth (and 500k more than I have available).

LOL I just assumed he wasn't playing his top strikers due to injury or suspension but I never bothered to look at his roster. Opting not to own a striker is another story.

Get the triple divine striker (25 years old) to me for $10.5m, and I'll not be looking for any elusive players for at least the next season. Frankly, I won't know what to spend my money on.

A triple divine striker at 25 is worth around $12m (if it's not the end of the season of course).You'll have a hard time finding one at the beginning of the season for 10.5m :)

I'm looking now for 3x divine 25 (which is at the end of the season of course). Next season, I'll be looking for 26.
