I'll write here my presentation and election program in the next days, we've time.
Today I'll only give you my best wishes for an Happy New Year!

My name is Davide and I'm 31y old. I play Sokker from March '09, starting from 6th serie and from this season I'm in 3th serie of Italy. I've good experience also in NT management, I did a lot of jobs in different countries: Italy, Denmark and also I was U21-Coach of Thailand.

Usually I don't work to much doing a lot of tactics adapting my team on the opponents, but work on 2/3 tactics adapted on my team skills to get the best from players. My favorite tactic trick is defensive and offensive cross between players.

What I want to do for USA U21:
- International and web-based NTDB. This is the necessary base for a U21 and NT growing: easy monitoring of youth school, support best training, help in transfers to strong team (Italy for example) and also easy succession to the future coach
- Qualification to the U21 World Cup. U21 growing needs a long term work on youth school e NTDB population, but USA must try to get qualification always.
- At least 1 forum game, like match betting or "win the NT-U21". I've managed it in Italy with web based structure, will be easy to repeat here for you.
- A new logo for NT/U21 team, I'll pay a plus for logo selected by you from international designer.
- other, if it'll come on my mind I'll write :D

In another thread I wrote that I give up my candidature... but, in this moment I've at least 1 vote and, only to respect this vote, I'll maintain my position and my proposals.
