I'm already looking forward to your match next week, I'm curious if you'll even come close to this result.
Adivip, first of all, you have ZERO room to talk about anything resembling tactics or results. You have sucked for over a CALENDAR YEAR. Your tactics are sad and predictable. You've had more than enough tiem to get familiar with players on the roster.
That's part of why we lose. I've covered all of this repeatedly in the past.
You pointing out a random result against a pathetic team like Kazakhstan is meaningless. It just means even your basic tactic works against a grossly inferior side. Wow. When are you going to understand? Your tactics are basic and easy to read. That's part of why we're bad all the time.
The fact that ANYONE could be riding Releme after two fucking games is just the pinnacle of ignorance. When he was critical of you after a couple games, it was different, because you've been squatting in the role here for what... 4 seasons? 5? I don't know what it actually is, but it's at least two seasons too long.
All you contribute at this point is cancer, as far as I'm concerned.

Now, moving onto tonight's game.
Honestly? I thought the tactic was pretty solid.
I don't have the time to look and see if they used the same tactic over and over again or not. I barely have time to do this stuff and deal with my three ML league/cup opponents this week, on top of getting a nephrectomy this Wednesday. I'm trying to gameplan ahead here.
The first two goals were covered by a defender and failed, and a goalkeeping error. Down 2-0 after 20 and I see no fault yet.
We were then still IN this game for 80 minutes, despite getting sodomized down both wings all the time. Not from a poor tactic, but from being simply outmatched. Switzerland must have broken 25 tackles on the attack tonight. There are NO tactics that can fix that big a gap in skill. Wagli and Marti had many of them. They were both faster and had higher tech (or got lucky RNG, regardless).
This game reminded me a bit of my arcade last night. My guys are there, but they just get dribbled through. Much like every time I play Atlantic. Talent gap is too high. You can't lose attacking dribble battles 25 to 4 (rough guesstimate) and expect to win. You just can't. His formation made sense to me.
Now, where I will make a suggestion is that our set pieces need a LOT of work, imho. Maybe, just maybe, you should consider putting in a conditional backup goalkeeper into the game after X goals allowed. Even for us, there can't be a huge difference between #1 and #2, unless we are dealing with a rash of injuries.

We have several good level GKs, of similar value. The reserve GK has the same quality, but has less experience. In the next game, which is easier, the youngest GK will play.
I'm afraid of replacing GK during the game, as the substitute could get injured during the game.

You still understand about this game, but I'm a waste of time to explain it to you forever. You are the cancer of this community. Live on in your imaginary world with your only friend Releme.
That's a fair point, for World Cup games, at least. It is extraordinarily rare, but possible for a (sometime second half sub) to get injured as well.
explain to me how to lose a lot?
Yeah, clearly as you'll see from my evidence in five seasons here, I am pretty unfamiliar with this mastery of yours.

Today they played only for 78.5 rating, that's VERY FAR from best teams. Many, many teams playing for 80-85. Poland, Brazil, Germany, Venezuela, Romania, Argentina, Hellas, Serbia, Belgium, Turkey, Spain, France, Czech Republic, Suomi, Italy, Eesti etc.
I feel offended by your comment

Your new AsyncFutureWebAmazonGoogle coach lost to Moldova 1:4 so what can you expect
Well, last season I ment... But yeah, he's the greatest, like releme in USA xD
USA (3) - (1) Kazakhstán
We won against Kazakhstan!
It's amazing how unlucky we've been. Today we played almost the entire game with 10 players, after a red card at the beginning of the game. Furthermore, in Shqipëria - Österreich, Shqipëria's GK played with form 11, but 2 weeks ago he played against us with form 18.
I'm not going to go into details about the game, as we had an obligation to win and praising our performance in a game like this would be ridiculous, but I want to mention that today 15 players played, and the ages of these players are:
GK - 25
Def - 26

Current world champion Hrvatska finished the Qualifiers in 2nd place, having used a U25 team in some games. But later, it was world champion!
I'm having trouble putting together a team to play, because in the previous Qualifiers the preparation for this Qualifier was terrible. It is essential for a team to make substitutions, it is essential to put young players to play in games like these. The USA NT either has old players whose Skills have already dropped, or they have 28/29 year old players without enough level to play, as they didn't have minutes in the previous Qualification. The USA NT has a lot of potential, but for a long time a poor job was done to exploit this potential, and that is why we currently have players with a weak level.
The team's level of preparation is chaotic, but two 23-year-old players played today. Did someone die? We win anyway, right? I will continue to do my job to put the USA NT back on top again. I won't be able to do it in one day, but I'm happy with today's game. It's completely different to win this game with 34-year-old players, or 23-year-old players, as we are gaining the capacity to make the next qualification excellent.

This was a fundamentally sound win, from my perspective, we were dominating until the straight red 20 minutes in. We still had the better chances afterward. I also like using Cheatham because experience on gk seems tougher to come by,
Also, Kazakhstan beat Albania in week 2 after we drew them. Next week we face Japan, another team we can beat.we

There’s no such thing as „preparation of players for future” in NT by playing them. That’s a sokker equivalent of magic.
Good players play in club at that age, they get enough exp and training there, so it makes ZERO difference if you use a future NT player at 24 or 25 in NT a couple of times.
If anything, playing in NT can be BAD for the players if they get injured and then lose training. So there’s no point in doing that other than for fun or to show appreciation to players’ owners.
What you’re saying is totally bullshit for everyone with NT level experience.
