Yea high pace helps but mid is hardest to train since it requires pace playmaker passing technique and decent def or striking. Curious how it goes.

you'd almost NEED a 17 year old. Unless really great talent. then early 18 may be alright.

When you are projecting out, let's say 4x unearthly, that's a lot of time.

I just ran a simulation on what an early 18 year old would look like.

Top photo is the. Kept it basic. Bottom photo is how he is estimated to finish up by age 28. He would effectively need all of age 28 to get the 4x unearthly needed with my coaching staff, which is all magical. Obviously, I'm not sure how much I trust SA to estimate skills past age 25 at this point, but IF I am accurate, it's overestimating late age training quality, not underestimating.

Guess we will find out in late April. Right now I'm just hoping either of these 16yos has decent distribution. Didn't have any fun pulls last season.

Still riding on pulls from 2-3 seasons ago like Whitley, Dixon, Marshall and Hamilton. Plus pulls I sold - Howes, Hasselhoff and Vercollone...

Wow you have a few really good 16 year olds. I had 2 really good ones to start this season but so far it looks like they will be 4+ talent
