What do you mean by 'match sentence'? If you mean ... rewrite as a single sentence, then I will attempt to help you:

1. I saw several houses. Most of them were quite unsuitable.

2. Mr. X said he was too busy to speak to me. I had come specially too see him.

Mr. X said THAT he was too busy to speak WITH me, though I had come ESPECIALLY to see him.
3. She said that men were thieves. This turned out to be true.

4. I was given this address by a man. I met this man on a train.
I was given this address by a man whom I had met on a train.

1. Sometimes I think you (upset) me.
correct as posted
2. I don’t recommended (study) on my own.
I don't RECOMMEND studying on YOUR own.
3. We are looking forward to (hear) from you again.

4. Has she decided (take) the job?

1. They have so little IN COMMON, but he’s still going out with her.
2. He’s thinking about something. There’s something ON HIS MIND.
3. I couldn’t steer the car properly. It was OUT OF CONTROL.
4. I was …………. …………. ………… (under the impression) that you didn’t like me.
5. He took the wrong suitcase at the airport [NO IDEA WHAT IS NEEDED HERE].

1. The journey takes ………………… (about 6 hours from here).
2. There’s ………………(a bar) of chocolate left.
3. I like …………….. (spicy food).
4. I gave the look to …………….. (my friend).

This last section looks ok with your answers, but, again, is ambiguous.

Since I don't like opening new threads I'll write my question in here.

It's about the entry drafts in the major leagues.
I know that for the NHL entry draft there's an organization called ISS (International Scouting Services) which provides information about college players / foreigners.

Are there such organizations in the other three major leagues aswell or do they use another system?
If there are, could you please give me their names?

Hope somebody can help me! ;-)

if I HAD to make a statement....
MLB- has a well developed scouting system. Each team has a group of scouts that look for talent. so this is de-centralized.
NFL- there is a scouting 'combine'. in addition to teams having a few scouts, the vast majority of information in gathering by a 'scouting combine'. this assures that all the height, weight, speed, and jumping measurements all are true. However each team does mental assessments. also, player can go to each team for tryouts. so a combination of de-centralized and also centralized scouting.
NBA- I have no idea how the scouting is done for the NBA. I know that they have a developmental league for players who are not quite good enough to make the NBA. But how they are scouted, I do not know
