if I have to say just one, then I'd say the 43winger2, with low defensinve line and an aggressive elastic. But I've played with so many tactics that this answer is of little importance (I gained some medals with both 4def and 5def)

I adapt tactics to the players I have available, after many years I've tried all tactics and each one has its strengths and weaknesses. I rarely give up playing without winger, that's for sure, and I find very difficult to play with 3 strikers too.
I like to concede few goals, so I'm always very attentive to the defensive phase even if I love playing with 4 defenders.
When choosing players, I give a lot of importance to form and look a lot at experience and tactical discipline (more or less depending on roles)
