Some bad news...
A terrible season for Arian Andres. FOUR injuries in last 2 months, I don't know if he got even 1 training during this time... and he already is 1st team material at 27, he will be very important for next World Cup. Basically he "lost" one big skill...

Eine weitere Dominanz mit Abschlussproblemen, aber 4 Tore sind nicht schlecht. 10/10 Siege in dieser Saison.
Mir gefiel die Einwechslung von Biskup und Bosshammer, die das Spiel in den letzten 20 Minuten belebten.
Sehr solide Leistung der gesamten Abwehrreihe heute.
Ungarn verlor 1:5 gegen Polen, also verbessern wir uns auf Platz 12 in der Rangliste. Frankreich hat auch verloren, also... wer weiß, sogar Platz 11 ist möglich :)
Wie auch immer, der erste Topf in der Qualifikation ist jetzt zu 100 % gesichert.

Another domination with finishing problems, but 4 goals is not bad. 10/10 wins this season.
I liked the introductions of Biskup and Bosshammer, the liven up the game for last 20 minutes.
Very solid performance of whole defensive line today.
Hungary lost 1:5 against Poland, so we will improve to position #12 in ranking. France lost as well so... who knows, even #11 is possible :)
Anyway, the first pot in qualifications is now 100% secured.

Leider, wie du (Borkos) schon gesagt hattest, ist unsere kommende MID-Generation noch nicht
ganz so stark..ich hoffe trotzdem das ein guter Mix aus etwas erfahreneren Spielern und
der "next Generation" relativ Konkurrenzfähig bleibt.

Ja, das Mittelfeld ist vielleicht nicht so stark, aber es sieht auch nicht schlecht aus.
Melchisedech, Andres, Biskup, Adamski, Bosshammer, Hafft und viele andere sind sehr gute Mittelfeldspieler und sie werden bei der nächsten Weltmeisterschaft auf ihrem Höhepunkt sein. Viel hängt davon ab, wie sie sich in der nächsten Saison verbessern. Kotteritzsch und Juntgen sollten immer noch auf Nationalmannschaftsniveau sein, wenn auch nicht so gut wie heute.
Das mögliche Problem, das ich für die nächste Weltmeisterschaft sehe, ist die Flügelposition. Heute zerstören Olaf und Prudlik die Gegner, aber Olaf wird bei der Weltmeisterschaft 32 und Prudlik 31 sein. Tempo und Technik können bis dahin bereits nachlassen, wer weiß, wie ihre Form sein wird. Es gibt Spieler, die dabei helfen können, aber es hängt davon ab, wie sie trainiert werden usw.
Die Stürmer sind im Moment auch nicht besonders beeindruckend.
Reitermeier ist ein Biest, Wenzel ist auch sehr gut (obwohl seine aktuellen Fähigkeiten verborgen sind).
Kuffner und Ugi sind großartig, aber bei der WM werden sie 32 und 33 sein, daher ist es schwer, sich auf sie zu verlassen.
Einige Stürmer wie Ruch, Terveen und Haring könnten in der nächsten Saison immer noch das Nationalmannschaftsniveau erreichen.
Und natürlich gibt es eine sehr nette junge Generation mit Frenzel, Schwaab, Ende, Hagedorn und Pfaff, um nur einige zu nennen, also sieht die Zukunft in dieser Abteilung definitiv gut aus.

Was die Qualifikation angeht, kommt es ganz auf die Gruppe an, die wir bekommen. Es kann langweilig sein, es kann anstrengend sein :-)
Wir werden dank unserer verbesserten Platzierung auf Platz eins landen, aber im Moment können wir von Platz zwei aus Italien/Niederlande/Finnland bekommen, also anständige Gegner. Und es ist wichtig, die Qualifikation auf dem ersten Platz zu beenden :)
Aber ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Saison, ich denke, wir sind gut auf die Qualifikation vorbereitet. In den nächsten Wochen werde ich versuchen, einige neue Taktiken einzuführen.

As for qualifiers, it's all about the group we get. It can be boring, it can be demanding :-)
We will end in first seeding thanks to improved ranking but still at the moment from seed 2 we can get Italy/Nederland/Suomi so decent opponents. And it's important to finish the Quali at first place :)
But I'm very happy with this season, I think we are prepared well for the Quali. In next weeks I will try to introduce some new tactics.

I'm delighted to see that some former U21 players are gradually being introduced to the NT. There are definitely some excellent players coming through, but it takes time. Germany faces the challenge that the pool of such strong players is becoming smaller. Therefore, it is crucial that the existing players continue to be trained and developed.
In some age groups, there are gaps, such as the current U22 MIDs or the U21 GK. However, these challenges can be better managed in the national team than in the U21, because in the NT, multiple generations can play together...

Thank you :) yes, with senior NT it is easier than with u21. In u21 you can have a season above country potential or below country potential and you can’t do much about it.
I’m planning to introduce some more 24-26yo players in next season in the easiest qualifying games so that more owners get the fun from their player playing in NT and to give some rest to the best players so they don’t have to play every week.
