If i win election, i'll make a contest for the community. Every team can register a player (age 18-20 years old) for the competition. Every week you have to communicate pops of your young player. After 14 week the player with many pops wins the contest. Game award: debut in u21!
I did this contest also in italy when i was nt of italyu21 and it was very interesting

What do you plan to do to increase forum activity?

In my opinion, it is important to follow the weekly releases of young player to talk about training plans. Also the contest could be used to increase forum activity

Hi, How much time do you spend on making tactic and analysing opponent? Do you make tactic for every opponent, or just use existing with some changes?

Hi Djole, i have my favorite tactics but I always make changes based on the opponent. In my opinion, even a small change can be decisive in a match… Good tactics can decide a result even against stronger teams

in this moment i haven't plus (I will do it as soon as possible). But also No plus can see the national team matches….

I agree with you, tactic is very important, every detail is important. :-)

With my club: 12 won, 3 draw, 1 game lost
As NT Hayastan: 7 won, 0 draw, 3 lost

in seniors players are better educated than in u21 so you play tactically differently, your team doesn't play at the level of u21 representation so bye bye michel :p

And who talked about u21? Your friend speak about a poor season and i write my last results...
I'm agree with you, u21 is tactically different and experience in the game is very important....i have trained italy u21 for two season and Ireland u21... And you?
