By now (26th of August 2011), we decided to change the system of closing a thead. We will add a sentence like those submitted below to let the user informed about his mistake or just because (as said in italic above) users did not read rules :
"not good enough"
"too old"
"only 1 bump per day"
"only 1 bump per 2 days"
"english language"
"link missing"
"requirements needed"
...
Every thread closed by Moderators will not be re-opened the same day. You will have to re-open it the day after. If this rule is not respected, thus, the Moderators of this forum will give directly 2 days forum ban.
