Do you think it would be beneficial to adjust the formula so that the sum's for defenders would be comparable to those in wingers and strikers? Right now, they are almost double in each age group in the other 2 categories.

Yeah I had it at half what it is now but that requires a lot of rounding, this is more accurate and was easier for me to do in my head.

Maybe I'll change it next update, if you want to compare between the lists now just divide that number in half, it should be good enough for ballpark comparisons.

sweet, that's like 3 pops in 2 weeks if I'm not mistaken, all in areas he needs.

by the current formula Urban is now 54.5

urban now:
average [5] stamina hopeless [1] keeper
formidable [11] pace very good [9] defender
adequate [6] technique average [5] playmaker
good [7] passing good [7] striker
will pop pace this week or 1st of off season....

Hedjuk is 60.5, though i think he probably needs to move over to a striker trainer.

Urban is going to be quality.

Next season hopefully someone else will be handling the coaching so I can concentrate on keeping these lists up to date. It was a good idea but a little too much work for one person to try and do both.
