dont think liverpool can adequately replace alonso, he has been a solid worker in their midfield and a critical piece indeed. they will need to rely on torres and gerrard to carry the team once more. might even see a shift of gerrard back to central midfield if aquilani doesn't live up to expectations and they can get another good striker.

arsenal is 50-50 imo for top 4. if they can keep their key players fit and their form going, they can challenge for the top 3, but otherwise it'll be a battle against aston villa and everton for 4th place.

title contenders this season will no doubt be chelsea and man utd, with chelsea retaining nearly all of their key players, while man utd will have to look to other players to score goals and win games after losing ronaldo and tevez.

man city will go bankrupt and get relegated ;)

Liverpool will take the title, followed by Chelsea and Arsenal.Man U will finish in Europa League, because of losing Ronaldo and Tevez. I know I'm going to get bombarded by Utd fans saying "we can move on" but think how many games Ronaldo and Tevez have changed/won. There are 20 points GONE. Alonso is difficult to replace, but Mascherano provides the work of 4 players so we should get away with it.

a bit of wishfull thinking there for the man ure in the europa league, but they always step up. i think burnley will be bottom, followed by portsmouth and birmingham. liverpool to win the league fingers crossed ;)

like wba is not here i vote for manchester united i like the way that antonio valencia plays... he's more simpler in the way of playing.... is not like ronaldo that make a lot of tricks.....
