who voted for option number 4?
i guess some partizan fans from serbia.
if not,justify your vote.
So, when someone think none of that 2 is penalty that must be from Serbia....

rom my point of view, i think tthere is no penalty for each action... For 1st one, i can see that the ATT is already knowing that the defender will tackle like this and the ATT is clearly put his leg against the DEf's one to dive... I really dislike this attitude in soccer. I saw so many same actions with ATT put the ball away from the GK and put his legs against the GK excepting to get a penalty.
For the 2nd action, there is not intention to make a fault by the DEF. He tackled but the striker is faster than him... And if i was the referee when i see the marvelous theatral diving of the ATT, i can't give a penalty for him... With the photo, i could give a fault but not a penalty because it is not intentional and when seeing the following action with the big dive of the ATT, i stop giving a free-kick to the ATT... I hate liars in soccer.

even if its not intentional, he prevents the striker from scoring by comitting a fault in the penalty area, thus penaly.
