I was just reading a webpage about the biggest wins in football matches, and stumbled across this:
31st October 2002. As Adema 149-0 SOE Antananarivo
If you were under the impression that it would be impossible to score 149 goals in a 90 minute match you would be correct. It is not as impossible, however, to score 149 own goals which Malagsy club SOE proved during a match against AS Adema in the TBH Champions League in 2002. Their manager, Ratismandresy Ratsarazaka, in a bizzare protest against decisions that had cost his team the league, had ordered his players to repeatedly fire shots into their own net from the kickoff. For some reason, the referee didn't abandon the game, and the players kept this up relentlessly for the entire match. The manger was subsequently suspended by the Madagascar football federation for three years, while SOE players Mamisoa Razafindrakoto, Manitranirinana Andrianiaina, Nicolas Rakotoarimanana, and Dominique Rakotonandrasana were suspended until the end of the 2002 season.
It was a complete Horror show :P

I remember hearing this back then in 02, and I remember hearing 149 own goals but it was so long ago and seemed so inplausible I dismissed it as a dream :)
I remember NT biggest wins American Samoa - Australia 0:31 (?)
and they won 27-0 as well, the 2 were within 4 days :)
i beat my brother 100-47 once in a good old fashioned game of garage football, first to hundred.
My brother beat me 100-9 in a good old fashioned game of corridor football (using the living room/kitchen doors as goals) with a small Wall's football.

Old news as in they've been the most rubbish team in Britain for ages, plus the 'papers published it yesterday/the day before.
