If we see how many trophies had AC Milan and inter together ( 18+18 ) in Seria A and 7+3 in Champions League that will be definitely biggest derby in the world.
Weird, Rangers have the World Record for number of League trophies, and Celtic are 11 behind, can't say that Milan-Inter is biggest, the Old Firm is definitely the fiercest.

Well... Dundee United won the Scottish Cup in 2010, and before that, Hearts beat Gretna in the 2006 (or was it 2007?) final! :P
