For some jobs, it doesn't matter how much time you spent on it. As long as you finish your work is done on the deadlines, they don't care how you spent your time. Calling that laziness is ... well, you can fill in a word you like, but it's not a compliment.

Who says he had finished his work? Some people take breaks while being at work (and some people work at home). Really, thinking before writing is also an option.

I work at home, not being paid by the hour, but by the finished task. To be precise, I'm being paid for the amoung of pages I translate - 1800 signs with spaces = xx zloty

I can do as many pauses as I want, but I'm 'not paid' when I'm having breaks because then I don't perform my taks

simple as that :D
