I read:
Celtic handed 3-0 win in second leg meaning they progress on away goals
Does it mean they would still go through if they had scored one of those penalties? :P
(To be honest, it does seem ridiculous that a player gets a 3-match ban, he remains out of the team for 3 matches, and he's still ineligible because someone didn't sign who knows what...)

Celtic were weak, there is no doubt about that. I just can't believe some admin worker has just cost Legia a potential £15-20M. I bet they wont make that mistake again.
Maribor should beat Celtic also but I would not be surprised if Celtic get a lucky result & go through to the group stages. Legia have 5 days to appeal though don't they? So maybe it will change.

It won't change, Legia has no legal grounds to appeal...
they can only rely on 'moral aspects', 'fair play' and every other bs that has no meaning whatsoever in a real court :p

it was made by a woman...well this is not the fun part yet. the fun part is when you read old interviews with her, where she explains that he had no work-connection with football before Legia (she was the personal assistant to previous club owner, a typical secretary). she also says something along the lines like "it's only about writing down shirt numbers and counting the cards, what can go wrong with that?"
