It's imo one of many possibilities you can add. This is great to read!

But still I don't know if it will be done. I mean pure readable tutorial will come soon to the game, but interactive part - no idea if/when. I will share with you if I'll get any info about it.

I can't say. I mean, I have no idea what sokker code looks like. I know ‘something’, I know php, laravel framework, but rather at junior level. It would be too little to write something like this from scratch.

It's a good idea, if you improve that you value it based on the experience you gain, more games like dt add points

it wouldn't make any sense for main coaches, because they already must have 16 in training skills

for assistants / youth - most people look for them to be cheap = not have high goalkeeper

would you like your assistant to improve their goalkeeper and have higher wage every season? I wouldn't

Then retiring players in the future might make more sense too.

Turn a favourite player dropping in skills to a coach popping again with experience.

I do see some older teams keep these 'dead' players around even though they haven't played in a while and value is really low. Probably don't want these to be coaches once they hit a low like that but could be nice to see some players transition a bit earlier to keep for the long term as a coach.

They should just create ''Hall of Fame'' for players which managers want to keep. Not like they have to keep them like now as players.

The idea of turning older players to coaches could have a go, only if you can choose
1) Hall of fame
2) Become a coach -> here i think it should be like random, either being tragic up to unearthly (once you choose them to become a coach you need to accept the fact that they may retire at some point, so you will have a choice between hall of fame and trying to make them to become coaches)
3) Retire
4) Negociate to play extra year + option to make an old player to say by paying them higher salary all these could be on the table maybe.

But i don't think that coaches should be improving their coaching skills, that wouldn't make sense and i don't see the perks of it neither.

Sokker needs to be more atractive, 15 year old JUNIOR on our school, and equal oportunities for all teams to get a 16 level coach.
Injuries cant be more than 18 days!!! that means EIGHT GAMES lost!!!
Nobody can REALLY Compite if 2 or 3 of your best players get injuried for 25 days... thats insane...
i have a 33 yo striker, he get 25 days of injury... still 15 days injurie (and you know that is going to be EVEN MORE at his age)

SOKKER is really nice for us... OLD PEOPLE who has patience...
But EVEN US lost our patience if after 16 years THE MAIN ISSUES of the game dosent improve.
Only "Makeup" changes, or, get more dificult to STAY the same that you have done till today.

I want five unearthly 15yo players in my youth team every season (and make it start of season)

also talent 3.0-3.3 for all my players

and at least 90% of my stadium filled every game
